Dined in with my two boys, the food was lovely. There was what I assume to be one of the owners children helping out, taking orders and delivering food Food is prepared fresh so don't expect immediate service of food, but this is reflected in the quality of what is served. We will be back again

Lovely little cafe that I often visit with kids in tow. A bit of a Mediterranean type menu which suits my family perfectly. All the food seems to be freshly prepared and all seems clean. Staff are well mannered and friendly. Can't ask for more.

Super cafe in the old market area of Halifax town. I got a lovely breakfast for 3 and a large cappuccino. You can order wine or beer with your food. It's popular with the locals and the staff are friendly.

Stumbled across this place whilst on a day out in Halifax. The service was very warm and friendly. Food is excellent and great value. The coffee was also good quality and hot. Would strongly recommend.

If you like a huge range of classic old school lunch options, chips, t-cake sandwiches, paninis, simple burgers, Full English, jacket potato, yummy classic cakes this it THE BEST cafe in Huddersfield and Halifax centres. In my opinion but I like things that are easy going and not the rage so.... It's not fancy but it's got good prices, good portions and a bit of typical British fodder- almost from days gone-bye. Sometimes you want something different, sometimes you want a bit of childhood nostalgia without being crammed in a greasy 4mx4m cafe or having to take it out in a paper bag from the bakery.
